I had a cup of tea 6 hours ago

I haven’t been drinking much caffeine lately. Hardly anything, not even soda. Add to that the fact that I’ve been imbibing inordinate amounts of tasty German beer, and it should be clear that I’m really sensitive to caffeine.

I don’t feel wired at all, it’s just that sleeping isn’t an option. But I have class tomorrow and a lot of important things to take care of, so I’m going to rest for a bit. Thank god my buddy Jim was looking out for me.

04:15:11 I: there, I’ve admitted the problem. I think that buys me another couple weeks of generating an action plan to change it, which I can maybe revise for another couple weeks after that
