Medieval market

Carl informed me of a medieval market in Munich today, so we’re going to take a trek down there and throw our gauntlets on the ground repeatedly, hoping to do battle with a knight and then come home with many maidens as bounty.

We’re going to stop at the grocery store on the way there so we can pick up some gauntlets for throwing on the ground repeatedly.

I’m really in the mood for mead tonight, but I anticipate they’ll only have gluhwein at the market. That’s Germany in December for you, but sometimes you just gotta roll with the punches.

Also, there’s a Christmas-break-is-coming party hosted by the International Club at our university tonight, but the hours are oddly 6-9pm. That’s pretty fail. I mean, I don’t see question marks in there anywhere, and everybody knows that you have to put question marks for the end time for a party. Thus we think we’ll head out presently, so they we may transport our newly acquired maidens to the party for revelry before the festivities draw to a close at the very wild hour of 9pm.

I wish you much jousting and hot alcohol imbibing in the meantime.

Till next post.
