Operation GET A JOB marches ever onward

The Americans returned from traveling today! This means there are other lifeforms around me now. Best part? One of them had this totally bitching idea: I should apply to work at a hostel downtown. I’m fluent in German and English, which would be a huge asset at one of these hostels, as all of the customers are foreigners—at the very least to Bavaria, and I would gladly translate from Bavarian to High German.

This has me really excited, as it would be such a fun job to have, so much more so than working at a freaking grocery store, which right now is my only serious prospect. The trouble is, tomorrow (Wednesday) is the deadline for me to hand in all my freaking paperwork for this grocery store position, so I need to scout hostels thoroughly early in the morning. If I don’t find anything definite, I’ll have to default to going through with the grocery store and just bite the bullet.
