This blog documents the musings of the author. The origin of the name “Im Voraus” was that the blog was hastily thrown up in order to document a trip to Germany, and also references a Rilke poem (full explanation). Since then, it has accreted experience and is currently stretching its spindly foal legs, ready to run clumsily across a field at a moment’s notice.
The author is madly in love with existence, and enjoys casting suggestive glances at the muse wherever she is wont to appear.

Oh how many times I’ve meant to update this damn thing… I’d always say to myself, “No one reads it anyway.”
